Reactivity

Detect transfected GST tag fusion proteins expressed in E. coli, yeast, insect cell, mammalian cell, or in vitro transcription/translation systems.

Tested applications

WB    : 1/2000-1/10000.

ELISA    : 1/5000-1/10000.

ICC/IF    : 1/200-1/1000.

IP/CoIP    : 1/100-1/500.

Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
