    VHH are single-domain antibodies derived from the variable regions of heavy chain of Alpaca immunoglobulin. The size of VHH is extremely small (<15 kDa) compared to other forms of antibody fragment, which significantly increase the permeability of VHH. Thus, VHH is considered of great value for research, diagnostics and therapeutics.
     
    Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) Alpaca Nanobody (HRP) is designed for detecting Mouse IgG(H+L). Anti- Mouse IgG(H+L) Alpaca Nanobody (HRP) is based on monovalent, recombinant single domain antibodies coupled to HRP. Based on immunoblot and/or ELISA, Anti- Mouse IgG(H+L) Alpaca Nanobody (HRP) reacts with Mouse IgG(H+L) selectively, no reactivity with rabbit, human, cynomolgus, rat, goat IgG.
