Donkey Anti-Rabbit Secondary Antibody is developped for CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag. It can amplify the signal of the primary antibody to allow pAG-Tn5 enzyme to exert a greater effect.
Note:
Ordinary secondary antibodies from goats are not suitable for CUT&Tag experiments, because pAG-Tn5 has weak binding affinity with goat antibodies.
