Immunofluorescence - Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (FITC) (AT0119)

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody- paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton x100 stained with the alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody for 1h followed by FITC secondary antibody (1:500), showing microtubule staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). The negative control was stained with unimmunized mouse IgG followed by FITC secondary antibody (AT0119).
