    PAGE Sample Loading Buffer (Non-Reducing, Non-Denaturing, 5X) is a 5x PAGE protein sample loading buffer. This Sample Loading Buffer does not contain DTT, TCEP and SDS.
     
    This Sample Loading Buffer is convenient and ready to use for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and Western blotting. Formulated as a 5x stock rather than the traditional 2x stock, it enables a larger volume of protein solution to be included in the sample that is loaded in each well. This buffer contains blue dye. 
     
    This Sample Loading Buffer is easy to use. Simply mix one part Sample Loading  Buffer with four parts protein sample, and then load the gel sample wells. Visualize progress of the electrophoresis run by monitoring the location of the blue dye front.
