Antibody signal enhancement reagent can be described as a WB artifact. Even if the protein sample is precious and low in abundance, even if the antibody quality is limited, "it" can always help you see the Western Blot strip that you want to see!

Antibody Enhancer for Western Blotting enhances antigen-antibody reactions. Antibody Enhancer works well with chemiluminescence, colerimetric and fluorescence detection system. It can significantly enhance detection of weak immunoreactive and low abundance proteins in a variety of immunoassays such as Western blotting, dot blotting. Simply dilute antibodies with Antibody Enhancer and process the rest of the procedures as usual. No additional steps are required. Signal enhancement is protein dependent and could vary from several folds to more than ten-fold.

Overview

Tested applications: Dilute primary antibody in Solution 1 and secondary antibody in Solution 2. We recommend using a 10-fold lower working concentration of primary antibody than is usually required for western blot. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Applications
