    This Reducing Sample Loading Buffer is convenient and ready to use for SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Western blotting. Formulated as a 5x stock rather than the traditional 2x stock, it enables a larger volume of protein solution to be included in the sample that is loaded in each well. This buffer contains optimized blue dye. 
     
    SDS-PAGE Loading Buffer is a 5x SDS-PAGE protein sample loading buffer containing reducing agent (TCEP). This Sample Loading Buffer does not contain unstable DTT, because TCEP has better stability, better reduction effect and no unpleasant smell.

    SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer
    Protocols
    1. Melt SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer (5X) in a water bath at room temperature or no more than 37°C in order to change it from solid into liquid, then take it out and store at room temperature immediately after melting in the water bath. Try to avoid putting it in the water bath for a long time. 
     
    2. Mix protein sample and SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer (5X) according to the proportion of adding 1 μL protein sample loading buffer (5X) to every 4 μL protein sample. 
     
    3. Heat at 100 ? or boiling water bath for 10 minutes to fully denature the protein. 
     
    4. After cooling to room temperature, directly load the sample into the SDS-PAGE glue sampling hole. 
     
    5. Electrophoresis usually stops when the blue dye reaches the bottom of the gel.
