Description

A variety of antibody binding reaction enhancers and stabilizers are added to the diluent to enhance immune reaction, reduce non-specific binding, and obtain better effect. It can be used repeatedly to save valuable antibodies. The reagent does not contain protein, phosphate, sodium azide or thiomersal preservatives of animal origin

Tested applications

For dilution of primary or secondary antibodies for ELISA, WB, IHC,  IF.

The diluted antibodies can be stored at 2-8 °C for several months in this buffer.

Protocols

According to the antibody user manual, directly use this product to dilute the primary antibody or the secondary antibody with appropriate times. Antibodies stored in the diluent can be recovered at 4°C for storage, and can be repeatedly used for more than 6 months at least, until the desired results cannot be achieved and then discarded.

Attention
1. Incubate the antibody at 4 °C as far as possible to prolong the service life of the diluted antibody;
2. This product does not contain sodium azide or thiomersal preservatives, but it contains preservatives with higher safety.
3. It should also be handled carefully to avoid direct skin contact.
